Dearest Lisa, Thanks to you and David for all of your hard work and personalized dedication to our wedding! We know it would not have been possible without you, and thanks to you we had our dream wedding! We loved the white, pink, and green orchids. Everything was just magical and our wedding is something our friends, family, and we will cherish forever. The pictures are just a dream, with the Caribbean Sea in the background during the ceremony and the gorgeous sunset at our reception, we can't wait to see it on television. People have not stopped raving about both parties. Paraiso de la Bonita is truly a paradise - what an amazing location. By the way, the vanilla souvenirs were a hit! Wedding Orchestration Package

For the couple that plans their own wedding, but wants to be able to let go and enjoy the month leading up to, and the day of their wedding. Includes:

  • An initial consultation
  • An Excel wedding planning workbook, developed by Lisa Light, with a guest list management tool, detailed itinerary, budget, planning schedule, and design templates for the client to customize
  • Vendor referrals, if needed
  • Final (on-site if possible) consultation approximately a month before the wedding
  • Final detailed itinerary review and edit
  • All confirmation calls followed up with a copy of the itinerary to all service providers
  • Final list of payments
  • Final "To Bring" list
  • Final team meeting the week of the wedding
  • Floor plan set-up and inventory, if needed
  • Rehearsal coordination
  • Ceremony and reception coordination
