Wedding Orchestration Package
For the couple that plans their own wedding, but wants to be able to let go and enjoy the month leading up to, and the day of their wedding. Includes:
- An initial consultation
- An Excel wedding planning workbook, developed by Lisa Light, with a guest list management tool, detailed itinerary, budget, planning schedule, and design templates for the client to customize
- Vendor referrals, if needed
- Final (on-site if possible) consultation approximately a month before the wedding
- Final detailed itinerary review and edit
- All confirmation calls followed up with a copy of the itinerary to all service providers
- Final list of payments
- Final "To Bring" list
- Final team meeting the week of the wedding
- Floor plan set-up and inventory, if needed
- Rehearsal coordination
- Ceremony and reception coordination
