For the couple that does not have time to plan their own wedding and would like every detail personally designed, choreographed and overseen. This package includes, but is not limited to:
- An initial consultation
- An Excel wedding planning workbook, developed by Lisa Light, with a guest list management tool, detailed itinerary, budget, planning schedule, and design templates for the client to customize
- Customized planning schedule
- Budget consultation
- Customized budget
- Budget management
- Vendor referrals and planning meetings
- Contract reviews and negotiations
- A design consultation, plan, and estimate when appropriate
- Customized, detailed itineraries for the wedding party and service providers
- Phone and e-mail support
- Stationery coordination
- Final (onsite if possible) consultation approximately a month before the wedding
- All confirmation calls followed up with a copy of the itinerary to all the service providers
- A final list of payments
- A final "To Bring" list
- Final team meeting the week of the wedding
- Floor plan(s) set up and inventory, if needed
- Welcome package design, coordination, assembly and delivery
- Guest coordination
- Welcome party coordination
- Coordination of additional events including, but not limited to, golf tournaments, spa parties, tours, etc.
- Rehearsal and dinner coordination
- Ceremony and reception coordination
